1 General Agreement

By accessing the iw3653 platform, opening an account, or using any of its services, the player is considered to have read and understood these terms and conditions and the privacy policy, and to have agreed to comply with them.

Please note that if you do not accept these terms, you may not continue using the service. iw3653 may amend these terms at any time without prior notice, so players should check this page regularly.

2 Age Restriction and Eligibility

Anyone who wishes to use iw3653 services must meet the following requirements—

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Only 21+ users are permitted to access this platform.
• You must be playing of your own free will; playing on behalf of another person is not allowed.
• You must be of sound mind and able to make your own decisions regarding gambling.
• Accessing this website must not violate the laws of the jurisdiction where the player resides.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 One Person, One Account Policy

Each player is allowed to open only one account at iw3653. If it is found that a single person has opened more than one account to abuse bonuses, all such accounts may be closed and remaining balances forfeited.

3.2 Registration Information

The information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and belong to the player personally. The name, phone number, and transfer account must all be the player's own.

3.3 Information Verification

iw3653 may request identity verification documents from a player — such as a photo of their national ID card and proof of address — at the time of a withdrawal request or when required under anti-money laundering laws. If verification cannot be completed, the withdrawal attempt may be placed on hold.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policies

4.1 Deposit Methods

You can deposit at iw3653 via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. Deposits are processed after verifying that the account holder of the payment method matches the player account holder.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Myanmar Time (MMT, UTC+6:30). Funds are transferred after verification is complete and the receiving phone number is confirmed.

4.3 Financial Limits

iw3653 has the right to review financial transactions on player accounts in accordance with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention laws. If a suspicious deposit is detected, withdrawal access may be restricted pending investigation.

5 Welcome Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

At iw3653, you can receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to 300,000 Ks on your first deposit. To claim this bonus, you must make an initial deposit, and it can only be claimed once.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly. You must wager 25 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal is allowed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each player may claim the bonus once only; one claim per household, IP address, and phone number.
• If you attempt to withdraw before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• iw3653 may modify or cancel bonuses with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash; they are for gameplay use only.

6 Game Play Policies

6.1 Prohibited Play

Players are strictly prohibited from hacking or exploiting the software or game system, using bots, or employing any form of automated play.

6.2 Collusion & Unfair Signalling

Players are prohibited from colluding with each other to intentionally lose, engaging in bonus abuse, or using any unfair method to signal game state information to other players.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game has defined minimum and maximum bet amounts. Bets that exceed the system-set limits will be voided, and the player is personally responsible for staying within those limits.

7 VIP Program & Cashback Policy

At iw3653, players can advance through VIP levels based on their play volume. There are 5 VIP levels —

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 1.0% cashback per week

VIP level progression depends on the player's active play. Cashback is issued as a bonus and is subject to the relevant wagering requirements. iw3653 will give one week's notice when making changes to VIP benefits.

8 Account Suspension & Restriction

iw3653 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons —

• Registering with false information, or accessing and playing while under 21+
• Opening more than one account to claim bonuses multiple times
• Using systematic cashback exploitation methods (system abuse) to liquidate bonus funds in a short period of time
• Gameplay patterns suspected of using bots or software
• Threatening or being hostile toward our staff members or other players
• Unable to provide proof of funds / anti-money laundering verification

In the case of a legitimate account closure, the remaining balance (personal funds, excluding bonuses) will be returned. If a violation of rules is found, the entire remaining balance may be forfeited.

9 Technical Issues and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Technical Failures

If a network disconnection, server issue, or software failure occurs during gameplay, the outcome of that round will be determined based on the last data recorded by the server.

9.2 Subsequent Corrections

The player agrees that iw3653 has the right to correct any incorrect game results or amounts that arise due to a technical glitch in any game. Any funds obtained as a result of such a glitch will not be paid out as cash.

10 Personal Information

Amendments will take effect from the date they are published on this page, and the date of the latest revision will be shown in the heading at the top. Continued use of the service after any amendment is considered acceptance of those changes by the player.
